We are offering so much space and bandwidth at very low cost. In our reseller plans also a lot of space and lot of domains you can host at very affordable price.  We provide you Very fast and quality services and we never compromise with our management our servers so that we find ourselves to be able to provide the best services and uptime to our clients. We never allow such kind of activities which are harmful to servers and considered as attack on servers.
Any suspicious activity may cause immediate termination of hosting account and no money refund in that case. We can also take any strict legal action in such kind of activities.

1. Audio/Video streaming is not allowed on our servers in any case.
2. We don’t allow websites which provide files downloads or upload functions.
3. Any kind of pornography or adult contents is strictly prohibited.
4. Blog publishing system(Domains with wild card DNS) can not be implemented on our servers.
5. Any type of copy right softwares /pirated softwares or any malicious program can never be put on our servers in any case.
6. Proxy websites  not allowed.
7. Online game portal or games upload/downloads not allowed on our server. If anyone do this then we can suspend/terminate his account without any notice.
8. Any type of misuse of space is not allowed. The space allocated is for website only. It cannot be used for storing files or softwares not linked to website.
9. Using bandwidth for other websites by hotlinking  is not allowed.
10. Webmail can be used only for temporary storage of emails, customers can download emails to their own PC using pop3. Storing email in webmail is not allowed.
11. Email abuse - Unsolicited Commercial Email ['Spam'].
12. Any kind of activity which cause abuse/harm to server.

Except the above mentioned activities if we found any client involving in any other activity which may cause abuse to servers then also it will be an immediate termination of account.
Client has to give ID proof when we ask for that. If we found any fake details(Name, Address, Contact number) then we can suspend/terminate account without any notice and there will be no money back.

Terms For Affiliates :

            Affiliate commission is 15% per client referred by him. This commission will be provided to him after 40 days of activation of client’s account. This percentage will depend upon billing cycle chosen by client, commission will be only on first payment made by client. There will be no commission on domain registration or transfer charges, the commission will be only on hosting package’s price. Minimum payout amount is 1000 INR.

            EServerworld has right to change/modify in any term of services anytime without information.
